• Information you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, business name, email, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message.
• Purchase and billing information. When you buy a plan, checkout is handled by our billing provider. We receive your name, contact details, the plan you purchased, and payment status. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Onboarding and account access. To deliver our services, you may share brand materials, business details, and access to accounts such as social media profiles, your website, or your domain. We use this access only to perform the work you hired us for.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Team members who work on your account see only what they need to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Your account access and credentials

Any logins or account access you give us are kept confidential and used only to perform your services. You can revoke our access at any time, and we recommend doing so when our work together ends. Wherever a platform allows it, we prefer to be added as a user or manager rather than receive your password.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form messages and client records for as long as needed to respond, provide services, and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections on our website. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@awevirtual.com. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
